Ordering information and catalog request

Having trouble using our shopping cart system or finding Perspectives Press titles in your local bookstore?Do try the loyal retail stores who stock our books routinely: Amazon.com, The Tattered Cover (Denver), Barnes & Noble’s on-line site and in the top 50 stores, Parentbooks (Toronto), the Borders chain). And we’ll never object to your ordering from our bookseller friends in the adoption and infertility niche: Tapestry Books, AdoptShoppe, Adoption.com, APC of New York, several local RESOLVE chapters, Infertility Network of Toronto.

But, of course we can help you with direct orders and are delighted to do so! Any of our books can be ordered through our secure shopping cart system, but if you are having problems with it or feel in any way uncomfortable with it, you may use the order form below to tell us what book(s) to send and to give us your card number and expiration date. Or, if you prefer, we are ready to take your call in person at our Indianapolis office between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Thursday,but our secured voice mail system can accept your recorded order 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are also happy to receive your orders by regular postal mail Whether your order arrives by internet, phone conversation, by recorded voice mail, or via the postal service, within one business day of our receiving it your books will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or United Parcel Service within the United States and, outside the USA, via USPS Book Rate Mail (unless you request and wish to pay for the more expensive Global Priority Mail service.)

About
shipping charges and taxes: When we speak to you in person or take your credit
card order via internet, we are able to calculate actual shipping charges on your
package via preferred shipping method. When you are ordering multiple titles, this
may be slightly less than our mail order formula charge of $3.00 plus 8% of your
discounted total for books. Indiana customers will be charged Indiana sales tax.
International customers are responsible for paying applicable GSTs and/or customs
fees in their home countries upon receipt of package.

and discount schedule by phone, e-mail or snail mail) or from the wholesalers
Ingram Book Company (at standard, not short, discounts).
Our book trade partners’ orders are important to us, and we do our best to provide
excellent service. Book trade orders are filled and shipped no later than one business
day after we receive them.
